You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team at contact@theglassshelf.com.
Please note that once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellations can no longer be accommodated.
If your order has not yet been processed, we can update the delivery address. Please reach out to customer service immediately at contact@theglassshelf.com with your order number and the correct address. If the order is already in transit, address changes may no longer be possible.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been processed and shipped—typically within 3 business days of placing your order. Use this number to monitor your package’s progress every step of the way.
Once your order is placed, please allow 2–3 business days for processing. After that, delivery typically takes around 2-6 business days, depending on your location.
Kindly note that delivery times may vary slightly based on regional factors.
We offer both standard and express shipping. Delivery times and costs vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. You’ll be able to choose your preferred option during checkout.
At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States. While we don’t currently offer international shipping, we’re actively working to expand our delivery options in the near future.

Shipping Protection ensures your order is covered from checkout to delivery, with full refund or replacement eligibility in case of loss, theft, or damage.

Lost in Transit
- Your package hasn’t moved or arrived within 7+ business days after the expected delivery date.
Damaged in Transit
- Items arrive broken or visibly damaged. Photo evidence is required within 48 hours of delivery.
Stolen Packages (Marked Delivered, Not Received)
If your package is marked as delivered but not received:
- Must be reported within 3 days
- May required a signed affidavit or police report to verify theft
Free Return & Exchange Shipping
If you need to return or exchange an item, REDO will provide a pre-paid return label—no additional cost to you.
🚫 What’s Not Covered
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier service disruptions
- Buyer’s remorse or personal preference (e.g., color or style changes)
- Orders marked "delivered" without theft evidence when no signature was required
- Returns initiated outside the eligible timeframe
📩 How to File a Claim or Return
If you purchased Shipping Protection during checkout, you can initiate your claim or return directly through your Customer Portal.
All requests must go through the portal for processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.
Please note: Personalized items are non-refundable.
If a returned item shows signs of wear, damage, or is missing original packaging or accessories, we reserve the right to deny the return or issue a partial refund at our discretion.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Log Into Your Account: Sign in to your account on our website.
Initiate Return: Navigate to the order you wish to return and select the option to initiate a return.
Follow Instructions: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the return process including selecting the items you wish to include in the return.
Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely to ensure safe transit.
Shipping: Use the QR code label provided to drop off your return at the designated return location.
Yes! We now offer hassle-free exchanges on eligible items. If you’d like a different color, size, or style, you can easily request an exchange through our online return portal within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
You can initiate an exchange by signing into our returns portal.
Once your return is on the way back to us, your new item will be shipped out. It’s that easy. Just don’t try to exchange something you’ve already worn to brunch—we’ll know.
Just a heads-up: To be eligible for return, items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and attached tags. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer—unless you added return protection at checkout, in which case we’ve got you covered.
Kindly note return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
If you selected Order Returns & Package Protection at checkout, your return shipping costs will be covered under that protection plan.
A QR code return label will be provided during the return initiation process through your account portal.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once it has been processed.
Kindly note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
To submit a claim for your order, log in to your account and follow the instructions under the "Submit a Claim" section. Claims are reviewed for orders that were not delivered or arrived damaged.
You may be asked to provide supporting details such as but not limited to:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Confirmation of the shipping address
- Any relevant tracking or delivery information
Please note: We are unable to cover stolen packages that have been marked as delivered.
All claims are subject to review and approval at the discretion of The Glass Shelf. We aim to review and respond to claims within 7 business days, and we appreciate your patience during this process.
Stolen Package
Once your order has been marked as delivered, we recommend monitoring your tracking information and retrieving your package promptly to ensure safe receipt.
In the unfortunate event that your package is stolen, please file a report with your local police department and submit a claim with the delivery carrier.
While we are unable to offer replacements for stolen packages, we’re happy to assist you by providing any necessary documentation to support your claim.
